Distributor's Code of Conduct

Scope of this notice

A description of how SOTHIS fulfils its duties of fairness, transparency and suitability of the insurance offer towards the client, both in its delegated underwriting (MGA) activity and in its agency activity.

What it must contain

Analysis of the client's demands and needs before proposing a cover
Suitability criteria for the proposed product against the client's risk profile
How conflicts of interest are managed
Conduct rules towards retail clients and towards professional clients (where relevant for special/corporate risks)
Reference to remuneration policies and the related transparency obligations
